Resolved -
The Virta platform experienced a technical disruption affecting parts of of the system, which began gradually on Monday, October 28th, at 18:00 CET. This disruption prevented the normal use of charging points and the Virta HUB CPO administration tool. Dedicated teams worked overnight to resolve the issue, as logged on https://status.virta.global/.
The cause of the disruption was identified, and the Virta HUB CPO admin portal and charging points began recovering at 09:30 CET on Tuesday, October 29th. The root cause has now been remedied. Charging stations, the Virta HUB, external APIs, and mobile apps have started functioning normally. Individual stations and users might still experience performance limitations.
If you still encounter an error or challenge on the Virta Platform, we would kindly request you to create a support request, so that the request can be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
