Charger disconnection issue

Resolved

Around 10 000 chargers disconnected for 3 hours on February 10th between 00:05 - 02:50 (about 3 hours). This was caused by telecommunications provider network being unavailable. Most of the affected chargers are located in Finland or Sweden.

All chargers have reconnected automatically after the incident automatically. We still suggest to monitor your network for any individual chargers that haven't reconnected.
